Abstract

The purpose of this study book is to review all issues of R&D project management with the focus on duality R&D activities and adapt the project management technics to the best needs of R&D management. Study book gives overview of development R&D management over the last 4 decades. The R&D project concept is presented together with R&D project management risks, variances and project success criteria. Specific R&D project life cycle with special focus on product and technology development are discussed. All other issues as R&D project team, communication, quality management are overviewed.
