The aim of this paper is to reveal the responsible business contribution to socio-economic justice in the labor market. The research results have showed that a socially responsible business must contribute to social justice and socioeconomic sustainable development of the country creating new jobs, increasing employment and reducing the „brain drain“ , ensuring a safe and healthy working conditions , ensuring timely paid and the fair wages and so on. The practical significance of this paper is a focus on the youth problems in the labor market - age discrimination, unemployment and emigration – limiting growth opportunities, and a serious obstacle to socio-economic justice implementation.
