Abstract
The article deals with the application of the method of teaching in modern service organizations. By accelerating the changes in the business world, the development of human resources is becoming more relevant, which makes it possible for organizations to become more flexible and competitive. As a result, the advisory method of education is becoming increasingly important for organizations. Educational leadership is prevalent in most countries of the world and is well-known and increasingly used. In Lithuania, this method gradually acquires solid scientific justification, but there is little known and applied in the Lithuanian institutions. Educational management promotes awareness, autonomy and engagement of people working in the organization, at the same time increasing its efficiency. This method is used to achieve the intended goals, better results, and higher productivity. Applying the counseling education method adapted to the modern organization of services would create more opportunities to realize the employees’ potential, develop their thinking skills, increase their responsibility for their own development. Primarily these factors improve labor productivity and service quality, and also increase the efficiency of modern service organizations.
