Abstract
The object of the doctoral dissertation is the change of the constitution manifesting itself in two essential legal ways (forms): the formal and the jurisprudential. The first one is related to the changes in constitutional regulation implemented following specific procedures for the change of the constitution and explicitly reflected in the text of the constitution, while the second one – to the evolutionary interpretation of constitutional provisions without changing the text. In the dissertation, this problem is approached from the legal doctrine, legal regulation and case-law perspectives.
