Abstract
The high rank given to security by human civilization caused that its understanding, conditions and core have long been subject to systematic analysis and research investigations conducted in different contexts. The turn of the XX and XXI century changed the world together with the conditions of human lives. A state as an organization is required through the creation of relevant institutions and operational procedures, to ensure order and security throughout its territory, to protect its citizens from threats. The author presents the solutions to border management, which significantly affect the security of the state, and thus the feeling of security of citizens.
