Abstract
The main goal of this article - to find the most effective training method for improving skills of future officers for complex special detention or other combat wrestling actions. The study showed that continuous training method is appropriate to use when the action is not difficult and is composed of one or a maximum of two combat wrestling technical elements. Complex actions appropriate to teach the use of a partial teaching method - a complex process to break down into parts in order to allow students better learn part of each action, and then step to merge into a single complex action. The study involved 121 respondents: 54 boys and 67 girls - students of Faculty of Public Security of Mykolas Romeris University.
