Basic education allows you to maintain the required level of preparedness for long. After a certain period, each officer has to improve his skills. It is important to organize in service training in areas where knowledge development is essential European Union and the Schengen rule of law requires that the external borders are protected and controlled in accordance with certain standards and operating instructions, for example: the entry conditions of foreign control, asylum seeker, visa and ect. Requires, that the border controls and border patrols carried out by specially trained and qualified officers.
