Abstract
In today life there are many factors that can knock a person out of balance for long time. Various authors data up to 20 – 30 percent of people almost every day experience negative emotions, which mentally cripple a person in the long term. Crises can often cause conflicts at home, education institutions, at work. Many people goes to work or to school just like they would go to penal servitude, constant fear to lose a job have negative effect on health. Homeless crimes exceed working people crimes. Constant commissions raise tension at work, which should stimulate to raise qualification, but constant examinations and discharges from work cause only unnecessary tension and confusion. One third of lifetime people spend sleeping, and half – working. Nervous work expression – disturbed, restless sleep – bad at work – bad in bed… Wake up tired – failure at work. Every day is like that. Tablets are not a solution of this problem. This is background for aggression. This research looks over various aggression types – negativism, suspicion, vexation, auto aggression and etc. definitions, discussed possibilities that makes appear, cause aggression, in terms of understanding this fundamental psychophysiology phenomenal structure.
