Lithuania, like many countries, has an issue of re-socialization of juvenile offenders. In this work, analysis of re-socialization system is associated with one social group, namely the juvenile offenders - minor children who are suspected of contravening the law or who are found guilty in violation thereof, but are not subject to arrest or imprisonment. In this paper it is held, that system of re-socialization of juveniles inclinable to crime is an entirety of the legal, institutional, and financial elements. This paper analyzes a very poignant issue in Lithuania – re-socialization of juveniles inclined to crime. An appropriate solution to the problem of juvenile crime is considered to be re-socialization of juvenile offenders (implemented through education, support, care, and modification of behavior). In Lithuania, re-socialization of juveniles inclined to crime is carried out in socialization centers, by the means of the medium-care measure. Currently operating system of adjustment of child behavior lacks consistency in care measures. Analysis of the system of re-socialization of juveniles inclined to crime in Kaunas city revealed some weaknesses, as this system has yet to act. The Law of the minimum and medium care for children is very vague and non-specific. Funds for proper employment and vocational guidance for minors, which is a step towards a proper re-socialization, lack. This is a new system, which lacks scientific methods to re-socialize a juvenile in due manner and shortest possible period.
