dc.description.abstractThe dissertation is aimed at revealing the process of (self-)formation of an entrepreneurial university and drawing up a model of promotion of university entrepreneurship in application of information and communication technology. The 21st century marks essential change of the role of universities with ongoing process of transformation of a traditional university. Collective intelligence growing as a result of information and communication technology has become an opportunity and one of the main challenges – to understand and to properly exploit the potential of collective intelligence newly emerging in the network in order to achieve the goal of promotion of university entrepreneurship. The compiled model enshrines the promotion of university entrepreneurship in application of information and communication technology in three core collective entrepreneurship points: internal collective entrepreneurship (at the micro level, in the internal network), external collective entrepreneurship (at the mezzo level, in the quadruple helix model) and international collective entrepreneurship (at the macro level, in global networks).en

dc.description.abstract-ltDisertacijoje siekiama atskleisti verslaus universiteto formavimo (-si) procesą ir parengti universiteto verslumo skatinimo taikant informacines ir komunikacines technologijas modelį. XXI a. iš esmės kinta universiteto vaidmuo – vyksta tradicinio universiteto transformacijos procesas. Dėl informacinių ir komunikacinių technologijų augantis kolektyvinis intelektas tampa galimybe ir vienu didžiausių iššūkių – suprasti ir tinkamai panaudoti naujai tinkle atsirandantį kolektyvinio intelekto potencialą universiteto verslumo skatinimo tikslui pasiekti. Parengtame modelyje universiteto verslumo skatinimas taikant informacines ir komunikacines technologijas įprasminamas kolektyvinio verslumo kertiniais taškais: vidiniu kolektyviniu verslumu (mikrolygmeniu vidiniame tinkle), išoriniu kolektyviniu verslumu (mezolygmeniu keturgubos spiralės modelyje) ir tarptautiniu kolektyviniu verslumu (makrolygmeniu globaliuose tinkluose).en
