The right of a person to get a fair payment for his/her work is legalized in the 48th article of Constitution. Sometimes the law is evaded by making payments to workers for their work. Mainly it depends on the fact how successful business enterprise is. Nevertheless, each worker must get the money he or she has earned or other means of subsistence connected with labour relations according to acts of labour legislation and local acts of law. In order to implement these regulations the law provides the employer to take an obligation to pay up the employees in time and in the case of failing to fulfill these obligations the law assumes a special responsibility, e.g. for delayed payment to employees. In the article the author tried to describe the possibilities of making payment according to the laws and explained one of the cases how to pay the workers in the case of bankruptcy or failure of business.
