Abstract
There is showed in the article ,,The freedom of the consciousness – human rights’ alfa and omega“ that constructing today’s human right’s conception it is good to remember and to use the philosophical ideas of Kant. Namely the ideas of Kant’s work ,,Practical philosophy“ helps us to answer the question why the human right’s doctrine in the constitutional adoption the consciousness freedom right is the main human right. There is shown in the article that the goodness idea, that is the object of consciousness, may be expressed through social value system. In its way the social value system as a human individual and social being back ground and as a human rights’ value background is consolidated in the democratic state constitution. There is made a conclusion in the article that the consciousness freedom right is time-limited in democratic state’s constitution norms.
