Abstract
In the article the existing state system of a regulation of renumeration for work is analysed, its
legal base regulating the principal provisions on renumeration for work is reviewed and it is shown
that frequent changes of separate legislative acts and insufficient economic substantiation and general
incompleteness of them cause a negative influence upon a stimulation of employees as well as
unreasonable disproportion of levels of renumeration for work, especially at organizations financed
from the state and municipal budgets.
