The Constitutional Court decisions as important sources of law are discussed in the article „New Trends in the Jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court“. The Constitution by the way of interpretation is very close to the Constitutional Court decisions as sources of law. The article deals with the problems of methods of interpretation of the Constitution. New trends in the Constitutional Court’s jurisprudence are indicated. One of them is related with the problems of execution of powers of Constitutional Court interpreted in the Constitutional Court law and the other – with the problems of the text of the Constitution. New trends of the Constitutional Court Jurisprudence are analysed in the context of the newest Constitutional Court decisions. The problem of the changing doctrine of interpretation in the decisions of the Constitutional Court is also discussed. This problem is a subject of special interest when the legal regulation of the interpreted subjects is identical. New possible trends of Constitutional Court jurisprudence, related to the possibility of a person to address with the complaint to Constitutional Court directly is also discussed.
