Abstract
The security of witnesses is held as a value category, that substantiates on the one hand the need for protection of human rights and freedoms and on the other hand the goals of procedure of making evidence. It has to be emphasized the security factor finds its important place in ensuring the reliability of testimonies. In fact there are some difficulties to believe in the thoroughness of testimonies because of there is a fact of protective measures taken. It also raises uncertainty because of insufficient effect of protection mechanism. The reasons shown above stipulate a dilemma what kinds of protective measures have to be taken in order to ensure the security of witnesses and collaborators of justice firstfy and the reliability of their testimonies secondly. The maintenance of balance between the above mentioned value categories can be kept alive if we take into consideration the difference and social effect of those protective measures. After the mechanism of different and social protective measures will be started to create, these measures will ensure the security of witnesses and collaborators of justice and the reliability of their testimonies.
