The object of the research is e-human resources management. The aim of the research was to define the main methodical guidelines and directions for further ehuman resources management research. The study is based on an innovative approach and a review of the most recent literature. The focus of the article is on the definition and formulation of e-human resources management. Three main dimensions of e-human resources management were distinguished: human resources management, information technologies and innovation system environment. The main directions of development and research in e-human resources management were identified on the basis of the performed investigation. The article is important for the developers and researchers of e-human resources management.
