Evaluation (both real, subjective evaluation of “customer”) of knowlegde level of criminalistics methods, measures and recommendations is one of the most important criminalistics science development trends as development of process of crime investigation and prevention. We can hardily predicate, that importance of criminalistics and forensic science knowledge and its implement in crime investigation and prevention processes is an appreciable representative of justice, law enforecement, science, policy, media and others. But to admit importance of criminalistics and forensic examination a priori and to accomplish its methods and recommendations in everyday work then it demands additional attempts and time are different questions. Continuing researches of finished in 2004 year scientific program “Dynamics, prognosis, trends of criminality and modern criminalistics conception in Lithuania” it was decided to evaluate practice level of practical criminalistics science knowledge accomplishment. Prolongation of such research is determined by changes of social life, and both by its influence on criminality dynamics and structural changes and essential changes of law. Enforcement of new criminal codes in 2003 year raise a lot of problems, both for criminalistics that should properly react, by sentene of Hans Gross, on new reality of criminal law.
